Processing time is roughly 3-5 Business days on Ready to Ship Items
Processing time for ready to ship items is 3-5 business days for your purchase to ship from our site.  

Processing time is roughly 2-4 Weeks* on Made to Order Tabs
Processing time for made to order items is roughly 2-4 weeks.  Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. 

Made to Order tabs are taken once per month.  * In higher volumes of orders/sales; this processing time is subject to change.  If shipping times do change, customers will be informed via social media/Instagram/Facebook group/Facebook like page. 

Shipping
Please double check your shipping address prior to placing your order.  If an order is returned via USPS, we are not held responsible.  Reshipment fees may apply to the buyer.  

Orders are shipped through USPS with tracking.  Once the order is shipped, the packages are out of our hands and are now in the hands of USPS.  

Domestic orders can take around 2-5 business days.  International orders can take 1-3 weeks.  Please note we are not liable for any additional time it takes for items to be shipped within USPS as it is no longer in our control.  Once orders are shipped, the packages are out of our hands and within the hands of USPS.  If there are any issues with delivery, please contact USPS as that is completely out of our control.  

Grab Bags
Grab bags come as is.  No returns or exchanges.  Grab bags are mostly composed of ooops tabs that are not perfect, but are very much still functional that they can still be used.  

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations/refunds are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase on open orders.  After this time, we do not accept any cancellation request/refunds.  

If a shipping label has been printed to ship your order, you can still cancel within 24 hours of purchase as long as the package has not been dropped off at the post office.  However, you will not be refunded shipping - you will be refunded for the products only.  

Return & Exchanges / Damages & Losses
Returns can be completed on ready to ship items only (excluding grab bags).  Any returns must be discussed via email (please email [email protected]).  Returns must be completed within 5 business days of when the items are received by the customer. 

Any exchanges must be discussed via email (please email [email protected]).  Exchanges are taken on a case by case basis due to stock availability.  Any exchange will require your previous items received to be returned prior to the exchanged items being shipped to the customer.  Please note, the customer must pay any differences in pricing and pay shipping on the new exchanged items sent to them.  Customers will be provided a return shipping label to send back products prior to the exchanged items sent.  

Damages and Losses: I am not responsible for any damages that may happen to your package while shipped.  However, if there is major damage, please take a picture and send it via email ([email protected]) so I can try to rectify the situation. Due to some taking advantage of the refunding process, no refunds will be given without pictures provided or products sent back to me. This is to protect myself as a seller and you as a customer.  I am not responsible for any lost packages shipped.  Lost packages are subject to USPS terms of when they consider a package to be lost 

Notice/Disclaimer:
These items are hand crafted and not mass produced. All tabs that are sent out to the customer will be as close to the original pictured product as possible. Since every aspect of the process is done by hand, small variations can occur. Due to the nature of the item; small imperfections can also occur due to the process of cutting the laminate, the foiling process and the lamination process. This can include “dusting” of extra particles of the foil, small black spots within the foil, ridges may seem a little edgy and not smooth (will smooth over time), tiny “bubbles” next to the card stock where the laminate is and alignment may be slightly off between the front and back laminate. All these small imperfections are due to the nature of the hand crafted item.
